At Retro Remake, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage-inspired electronics. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original nostalgic packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once our technicians inspect the hardware at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
